The "fair concession pricing act" requires entertainment and sports venues that receive public financial benefits to adopt fan-friendly concession pricing policies. These policies must apply to all food and non-alcoholic beverages sold during public events. The pricing must not exceed 20% above the average retail price of similar items at non-venue commercial establishments within a ten-mile radius. Venues must submit annual compliance reports to the Department of State. The Secretary of State is authorized to conduct random audits and enforce the provisions of this act.
