The bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to modify the definition of "bus operation-related traffic regulations." It excludes violations occurring in cooperative housing developments containing Mitchell-Lama housing with at least ten thousand units from these regulations. This includes violations such as no standing at bus stops, no stopping in bicycle lanes, no double parking, and no standing in bus lanes. The changes will take effect ninety days after the bill becomes law.
