Amends the laws to authorize the Greenburgh North Castle Union Free School District to affiliate with Rising Ground, Inc.

This bill amends the laws to authorize the Greenburgh North Castle Union Free School District to affiliate with Rising Ground, Inc., a child care institution. The board of education of the school district will be comprised of five to nine members, with members elected by the board of directors of Rising Ground, Inc. and two public members appointed. The board members will serve for terms of up to four years. Education responsibility for students placed in the affiliated child care institution will be governed by article 81 of the education law.
