Establishes an oral fluid task force to study and recommend best practices for drug intoxication testing in New York. The task force will study the frequency of traffic stops where drug intoxication is suspected, current law enforcement methodologies, the feasibility of expanding drug recognition expert training, and the advisability of requiring all law enforcement agencies to use oral fluid tests. The task force will report its findings to the governor and legislature within one year. The bill also replaces the term "saliva" with "oral fluid" in relevant statutes.
