Authorizes the assessor of the town of Ramapo, county of Rockland, to accept a real property tax exemption application from Lev Teen Center.

This bill authorizes the assessor of the town of Ramapo, county of Rockland, to accept an application for a real property tax exemption from Lev Teen Center. The exemption applies to the 2022-2023 assessment rolls for the parcel owned by Lev Teen Center at 161 Viola Road, village of Suffern, town of Ramapo, county of Rockland. If the exemption is granted, the governing body or tax department may refund any taxes paid and cancel those taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest remaining unpaid. The act takes effect immediately.
