Extends provisions for the conveyance of certain real property to the town of Huntington for one year.

This bill amends sections 4 and 5 of chapter 431 of the laws of 2018, which authorized the state commissioner of transportation to convey real property to the town of Huntington, county of Suffolk. It extends the deadline for the town of Huntington to apply for the land description from seven to eight years after the effective date of this act. Additionally, it stipulates that no improvements can be made to the property before the transfer is completed. If the town of Huntington does not make improvements within eight years, the land description will revert to the state.
