Authorizes the village of Trumansburg to offer a twenty-year retirement plan to Kevin R. Noterfonzo.

This bill authorizes the village of Trumansburg to offer an optional twenty-year retirement plan to Kevin R. Noterfonzo under section 384-d of the retirement and social security law. Noterfonzo, a member of the New York state and local police and fire retirement system, was appointed as a police officer with the Trumansburg Police Department on February 10, 2020. The village of Trumansburg may elect to assume the additional cost of this service by filing a resolution with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date.
