Authorizes the transfer of state land to the Syosset Central School District for school facility expansion.

This bill authorizes the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey certain state land to the Syosset Central School District for the purpose of building new and expanding current facilities at Berry Hill Elementary School. The transfer is subject to conditions, including a requirement that the land be used exclusively for the specified school purposes. If the land is not used for these purposes, ownership reverts to the state. The provisions of this act will expire and be repealed two years after enactment.
