New York A08297 amends the family court act to establish a pilot program under the community dispute resolution center program. This program will provide alternative dispute resolution and navigator services to litigants in child support matters. Navigator services include information on family court procedures, the objection process, child support enforcement services, employment-related or job training programs, and consequences of noncompliance with child support orders.
