Extends tax imposition authorization in Sullivan County, New York.

The bill amends the tax law to extend the authorization for Sullivan County, New York, to impose certain taxes. Specifically, it allows the county to impose taxes at a rate of one-half of one percent additional to the three percent rate for the period from June 1, 2003, to November 30, 2027. Additionally, it permits an extra one-half of one percent tax for the period from June 1, 2007, to November 30, 2027. This act takes effect immediately.
