Permits the Setauket fire district and Stony Brook fire district to contract with the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

This bill authorizes the Setauket fire district and Stony Brook fire district to enter into agreements or contracts with the State University of New York at Stony Brook for property, services, and other consideration. The contracts can include routine and emergency services, monies, equipment, buildings, facilities, materials, or commitments for future services. The contracts must comply with sections 355 and 6301 of the education law and section 99-r of the general municipal law.
