This bill amends the real property law to allow real estate brokers and salespersons to carry forward up to seven excess continuing education credit hours to the next two-year licensing period. The Secretary of State will establish rules for the method, content, setting, and supervision requirements of the continuing education courses. These courses can be computer-based or distance learning, provided the provider can verify participation.
