Authorizes the village of Trumansburg to offer a twenty-year retirement plan to Daniel H. Austic.

This bill authorizes the village of Trumansburg to offer an optional twenty-year retirement plan to Daniel H. Austic, a police officer currently covered under a different retirement plan. The village must assume the additional costs and file a resolution with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date.
