The program identifies and provides funding and resources to providers meeting program requirements. It facilitates access to gender affirming care services for eligible individuals. The department will promulgate necessary rules and regulations to implement the program. Funding for the program will be at least equal to the amount appropriated before April 1, 2025, and will increase each year by the same rate as the consumer price index.
