Authorizes additional traffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring devices at one intersection on the Saw Mill River parkway in Pleasantville.

This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to authorize the county of Westchester to install traffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring devices at one additional intersection on the Saw Mill River parkway within the village of Pleasantville, subject to approval from the New York state department of transportation. The department may rescind or modify this approval at any time. The county is also authorized to implement a public information campaign about the demonstration program before deploying these devices.
