The bill authorizes the dormitory authority to provide financing to the Dutchess Community College Association, Inc. for the construction of facilities. This financing can be used for the acquisition, design, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, improvement, furnishing, and equipping of residential housing on the campus of Dutchess Community College. The bill also allows for refinancing existing projects.
