Establishes a service learning program for students who are active volunteer firefighters or ambulance workers.

The bill creates a service learning, internship, or independent study program for students who serve as active volunteer firefighters or volunteer ambulance workers. The program includes a community service component, completed through at least twenty hours of volunteer firefighting or emergency response activities, and an academic component, completed through a written report or journal.
