Permits schools in New York to purchase and sell reduced fat or whole New York milk.

This bill amends the education law and the agriculture and markets law to allow schools in New York to purchase and sell reduced fat or whole New York milk. New York milk is defined as raw milk produced by milking cows within the state, transported to a dairy processing center within the state, and processed as fluid milk. The commissioner of education must notify the legislative bill drafting commission if certain federal laws change. The commissioner must also issue a report on the implementation of this bill within one year of its enactment.
