Provides for the licensing of apartment information vendors in New York.

The bill amends the real property law to require the licensing of apartment information vendors, defined as persons who, for a fee, furnish information about the location and availability of rental real property. It repeals article 12-C of the real property law and amends section 440 to include the new definition.
