New York Assembly Bill A07464 amends the alcoholic beverage control law to allow on-premises retail licensees to purchase up to six bottles of wine or liquor per week from off-premises retail licensees, and vice versa. Both types of licensees must retain purchase receipts and make them available for inspection by the state liquor authority. The bill takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
