Extends the village of Mamaroneck occupancy tax for two years to 2027.
This bill amends the tax law to extend the expiration of the occupancy tax in the village of Mamaroneck, New York, from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2027. The tax, which was initially imposed by chapter 508 of the laws of 2016 and later amended by chapter 410 of the laws of 2022, will continue to be in effect for an additional two years. The changes made by this act take effect immediately.
