This bill authorizes the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey certain lands in the town of Wilton, county of Saratoga, to the Veterans and Community Housing Coalition. The lands, totaling 15 acres, will be used for housing and supportive services, particularly for homeless and at-risk veterans. The transfer must be completed within one year of the Coalition's application submission. Upon termination of the specified use, title to the lands will revert to the state of New York.
