New York A06967 amends the cannabis law to prohibit cannabis retail licensees from locating storefronts within a quarter mile of any town, city, or village that has adopted a local law requesting the cannabis control board to prohibit the establishment of retail dispensary licenses and/or on-site consumption licenses.
