The bill directs the secretary of state to issue a certificate of incorporation to the village of Nelliston in the town of Palatine, Montgomery County, New York. The village was incorporated in 1878 under the authority granted by chapter 291 of the laws of 1870. The village lost its original incorporation documents in a fire in the late 1800s, and no other incorporation document exists. The reissued certificate of incorporation is to be filed and kept by the department of state, as required by section 2-234 of the village law. This act shall take effect immediately.
