Establishes a Center for Transplantation and Immunology Research at the University at Buffalo and Erie County Medical Center. The mission of the Center is to advance the longevity of kidney organ transplants through improved knowledge of immunology, pathology, and therapeutics. The Center will allow for collaborations among laboratories, provide educational experiences for students, and apply for grants. The bill appropriates $227,333.34 each year for three years to fund the Center's operations.
