Expands the forms of games of chance currency for certain licensees in New York.
The bill amends the general municipal law to redefine "games of chance currency" for certain games of chance licensees. It allows the use of legal tender, credit or debit cards, and personal checks, at the discretion of the licensee. This change excludes raffles from the new forms of payment. The act takes effect immediately.
