Eliminates Manhattan resident parking tax exemption and increases car registration fee for Manhattan residents.

This bill amends the administrative code and vehicle and traffic law to eliminate the parking tax exemption for Manhattan residents and increase the car registration fee for Manhattan residents by $50. The tax exemption removal applies to services rendered on a monthly or longer-term basis at the principal location for parking, garaging, or storing a motor vehicle. The increased registration fee applies to vehicles registered to Manhattan residents.
