This bill amends the state finance law to restructure the not-for-profit contracting advisory committee. The committee will consist of seven members, including three appointed by the governor, two appointed by the governor upon recommendation of the temporary president of the senate and speaker of the assembly, and two appointed by the chairs of the senate committee on procurements and contracts and the assembly committee on governmental operations. The committee will also include eight non-voting ex officio members.
