This bill provides additional enforcement of housing maintenance code violations in New York City. It requires the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to establish, regularly update, and make publicly available a list of owners and managers of multifamily residential buildings with multiple housing code violations. The list includes those with at least twenty open health or safety violations, more than four falsely certified as corrected, or lacking a qualified property manager.
