Authorizes the city of New York to transfer and convey certain city-owned property to the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

This bill authorizes the city of New York to transfer and convey to the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps (BSVAC) certain city-owned property at 727 Greene Avenue, Brooklyn. The conveyance is intended to enable BSVAC to establish a permanent facility for providing emergency medical care and ambulance services. The land must be used for operating and maintaining a volunteer ambulance service, including emergency medical response, first aid, patient transport, and related services. If the premises are not used for these purposes, ownership reverts to the city of New York.
