This bill allows property owners to petition for city community improvement projects involving local improvements to shared driveways and sewer systems. The city council can establish or extend projects based on a project plan filed by the mayor. The plan must include a map, description of the project boundaries, proposed improvements, and financing. The city council must hold a public hearing and consider recommendations from the project management association. The project charge is levied on benefited real property and cannot exceed certain tax and debt limits.
