New York Assembly Bill A05349 amends the vehicle and traffic law to allow the use of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) on state route one hundred four, between the western county line of Wayne county and the northern town line of the town of Hannibal in Oswego county. The commissioner, in consultation with the commissioner of transportation, will designate this trail for temporary ATV use, including conditions to ensure safety. These designations are effective for up to one year and can be renewed with the concurrence of the commissioner of transportation.
