All state departments, divisions, boards, bureaus, commissions, offices, agencies, authorities, and public corporations must provide their collected crime data to this clearinghouse. The Department of Criminal Justice Services is required to analyze this data annually and produce a report with findings, trends, and other relevant information for the legislature and the governor.
