Makes commissioners full time employees of boards outside the city of New York.

This bill amends the election law to require that each board outside the city of New York consist of two election commissioners who are full time employees. The county legislative body of a county having a population of more than one hundred and twenty thousand may increase the number of commissioners to four, with each major political party eligible to recommend an equal number of appointments. The act takes effect immediately.
