Companies must provide clear, conspicuous, and consumer-friendly means for consumers to exercise their rights, including notice of how their data is used, processed, and shared; the ability to access and obtain a copy of their data; the ability to correct inaccurate data and delete their data; and the ability to challenge certain automated.
