Provides coroner or medical examiner jurisdiction to investigate deaths that may result from crimes.

New York Assembly Bill A04882 amends the county law to grant coroners or medical examiners in any county with geographic jurisdiction over a crime the concurrent authority to investigate a death if it appears to have resulted from the crime. This act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
