Adds impersonation of board of elections members or other election officers to the crime of criminal impersonation in the first degree.

New York Assembly Bill A04662 amends the penal law to include impersonating board of elections members or other election officers, or an employee thereof, as a form of criminal impersonation in the first degree. This crime is defined as pretending to be such an official and acting with intent to cause another to act in reliance upon such pretense. Criminal impersonation in the first degree is a class E felony.
