This bill authorizes the assessor of Richmond county to grant Silver Lake Foundation Inc. retroactive real property tax exempt status if the assessor determines the organization would have been entitled to the exemption. The assessor may correct the tax rolls and refund any taxes paid by the organization. The act takes effect immediately.
