Authorizes the city of Niagara Falls to add unpaid housing code violation penalties, costs and fines to the city's annual tax levy.

This bill amends the real property tax law to authorize the city of Niagara Falls to collect unpaid housing, building, and fire code violation penalties, costs, and fines through placement on the city's annual tax levy. To qualify, the violations must have been adjudicated and imposed through a judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction, recorded by the county clerk, and remained unpaid for one year.
