Provides doula services at all correctional institutions and local correctional facilities for incarcerated individuals who identify as female.

The bill amends the correction law to provide doula services at all correctional institutions and local correctional facilities. It requires the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision to retain an organization to make at least two doulas available twice a week, for four hours, at all facilities housing incarcerated individuals who identify as female. The doulas will provide support during labor and delivery, upon request. The department must ensure doula services are available based on available resources and circumstances.
