Authorizes the town of Dekalb, in St. Lawrence County, to set a lower speed limit on a specific section of U.S. Route 11.

The bill allows the town board of Dekalb, in St. Lawrence County, to establish a maximum speed limit of at least 45 miles per hour on a specific segment of U.S. Route 11. This segment begins one quarter mile north of the intersection with East Dekalb Road and ends one quarter mile south of the entrance to the Hermon-DeKalb Central school athletic fields.
