New York A03484 amends the vehicle and traffic law to allow current, active, and retired members of the organized militia and reserve units from any branch of the U.S. armed forces to qualify for distinctive license plates. The application for these plates must be filed with the commissioner and verified annually. The act takes effect immediately.
