New York A03472 amends the executive law to allow election officers to enroll in the address confidentiality program. This program, administered by the secretary of state, protects victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, kidnapping, sexual offenses, stalking, and reproductive health care services providers and their families by authorizing the use of designated addresses. County boards of elections will assist election officers in applying to the program. The act takes effect immediately.
