New York A03212 amends the vehicle and traffic law to allow the issuance of distinctive "Feeling Rural Good" license plates, with a surcharge of $25 per plate. The surcharge will be deposited into the feeling rural good health care fund, established in the state finance law. This fund will be used to expand school-based health programs, improve access to health research and education, and expand broadband access for improved access to telehealth in rural regions of the state.
