New York A03169 amends the real property law to mandate that auditors disclose any findings that could materially impact their professional assessment of the fiscal health of a condominium, cooperative apartment building, or cooperative community. This disclosure must be made in written form to prospective buyers, current owners, and the condominium or cooperative board. Upon request, the auditor must also provide a copy of the completed report within a reasonable time. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
