Expands the purposes of the volunteer and exempt firefighters' benevolent association of Thornwood, New York to include the social and recreational wellbeing of its members, the promotion of the volunteer fire service, and the welfare of its members and their families. Provides for the payment to the association of certain taxes imposed upon premiums on policies of fire insurance in foreign insurance companies. Effective immediately, with certain provisions applying to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2026.
