The bill adds specific human services programs to those eligible for a cost of living adjustment (COLA). These programs include those funded by the Office of Mental Health, Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Office of Addiction Services and Supports, Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Office of Children and Family Services, Department of Health, and the State Office for the Aging. The COLA is set at 2.7% and applies to reimbursements for these programs starting April 1, 2026.
