This bill amends the election law to require the county seat in Fulton county to have at least one polling place designated for early voting. The board of elections may designate additional polling places for early voting in excess of the minimum number required for the convenience of eligible voters. The bill also allows for the reduction of early voting sites for primary or special elections upon majority vote of the board of elections.
