These standards apply to facilities providing services for alcoholism, alcohol abuse, substance abuse, substance dependence, chemical abuse, or chemical dependence. The bill allows facilities to choose tobacco-limited environments, except for services for children, youth, and young adults, which must remain tobacco-free. The act takes effect immediately.
