Directs the department of labor to provide notice of job skills training programs and employment services available to taxicab drivers seeking.

The bill amends the labor law to require the department of labor, in conjunction with the New York City Department of Employment or another designated agency, to generate a list of job skills training programs and employment services available to taxicab drivers. These programs must include language instruction, financial literacy, social services, computer training, and career counseling. The list will be produced in the ten most common languages spoken by individuals in the state and distributed according to the language preference indicated by the taxicab driver.
